Our charitable and community events include :
- Donations to “Compasson that Compels” a group that helps Women fighting cancer
- Distributing Thanksgiving baskets to needy families in the Lacombe area
- Providing students at Chata-Ima Elementary School with homework planners at the beginning of the school year
- Providing fund for supplies for a special education class in St. Tammany Parish
- Hosting a party for the residents of Magnolia School in Jefferson that serves people with developmental disabilities
- Sponsoring an annual drug and alcohol awareness poster contest for kids in the area
- Sponsoring a soccer challenge and free throw contest for area kids
- Supporting an athlete to attend the National Special Olympics games
- Providing financial support to St. Mary’s School for Autism
- Providing financial support for youth leadership i.e., Camp Joshua & the Catholic Youth Leadership Award
- We recently made a donation to assist a military veteran with expenses after an operation
- We recently contributed to the funding of a new flag pole for the town of Lacombe
- Provided travel and lodging assistance for families with ill kids that require treatment out of town
- Provided funds for victims of natural disasters
- Held fundraisers for families with high medical expenses
