Knights Cook for Archbishop


St John of the Cross is hosting a nine-day Holy Spirit novena between May 26-June 3. Brother Deacon Ricky Suprean reached out to his fellow nights asking us to prepare a special meal for Archbishop Gregory Aymond . The archbishop opened the novena on May 26 after feasting on gumbo, salad, Shrimp pasta and blueberry bread pudding for desert.  Deacon Rickcy said the gifts and graces received from the Holy Spirit are open to everyone, not just a chose few. The novena helped boost the enthusiasm of the church and, as a result, he’ seen more people attend daily Mass at his parish.
